Alstapp GmbH from Hamburg runs language models on hardware at the client's premises and uses them to automate recurring office work. Founder and managing director is Stefan Ostermann. Our clients are small and mid-sized offices with a lot of document work and sensitive data: engineering and planning firms, trades, consultancies.

Fixed prices, open software, clean handover.

- Every stage has a clear result and a fixed price. You decide again after each stage.

- Whatever follows rules is handled by conventional code. The language model only works where structure is missing, and a person approves every result.
- Handover at any time
- Infrastructure as code, an operations manual and established open-source software. Your IT service provider can take over operation at any time.
- We work this way ourselves
- This website loads nothing from third-party servers, sets no cookies and does not count visitors.

Small on purpose, with steady partners.
Alstapp GmbH is deliberately small. For larger projects we bring in steady partners. Your IT service provider remains responsible for hardware, network, backup and user accounts; we are responsible for the Linux and AI stack. That makes it clear who looks after what, and nothing depends on a single person.
